Güliz Ünlü

Güliz’s work in consciousness-based therapy for both animals and humans is vast and varied. Over 32 years ago she began riding horses, and soon after started “training”. This work then grew to include physical therapy for horses, other animals and humans. Over time, it became clear that most often I was working to “maintain” the animal or client’s balance of health, as opposed to addressing core issue(s). Güliz was compelled to look deeper into Physiology and the Relationship between cells.

We know that in a healthy body, each system – down to the cells and atoms – are in constant communication with each other. When these lines of communication become compromised or disconnected through environmental, emotional or physical stressors, the resulting dis-ease leads to a decline in physical, emotional or mental health. Reconnecting these lines of communication enables the body’s mechanisms to function at optimal levels, prevent disease and rapidly accelerate the healing process.

One of the most effective and proven health systems to explore and repair inter-cellular communication is the BodyTalk System.

BodyTalk is a form of therapy that allows the body’s systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. It is a unique holistic healing modality that helps re-establish the lines of communication within the body.

As a form of ‘language’ of healthcare, BodyTalk works to achieve healthy communication among all the body systems by recognizing the interrelationships within the mind and body. It is unique in that it utilizes the innate wisdom of those involved to direct the work by priority into areas of ‘conflict’ within the mind. By resolving the conflict at the root level, it positively affects all other levels.

BodyTalk is effective as a stand-alone system to treat many health problems, or seamlessly integrated into any health care system to increase its effectiveness and promote faster healing.

Through BodyTalk and the integration of a number of healing modalities, Güliz has been witness to profound and transformative healing in humans and animals.

Güliz was recently featured in a ListenToYourHorse.com blog post, Mind/Body Equine Therapies – BodyTalk by fellow Symposium presenter Jini Patel Thompson.
